So you've gone through the whole design, build and equip process and you finally have the conservatory of your dreams.

It's turning into a really hot summer..

you're sitting on your Aztec-print throw over on your nice new cane furniture suite, enjoying a nice long, cool drink, looking at material swatches for your new conservatory blinds..

You've narrowed it down to three shades of cream, well if you chose the terracotta one that you really liked you know that with two weeks of hot sun, it would be faded to cream, anyway.

Wouldn't it?

Not necessarily, We searched high and low for the answer to this perennial problem.

And there is hope,

and it won't cost the earth.

Well what is it then?

Just like our skin, your nice rich fabrics can be harmed by UVA/UVB rays, you've seen faded clothes in shop windows, the sun will bleach the colour out of your nice new cushions within hours.

So just like our skin, your fabrics need some protection, sun screen for furniture.

We have found a couple of variaties of this product:

U-V-Block turns ordinary fabrics into ultraviolet barriers.

CompleteSeal enhances resistance to mildew and sun fading.

Both of these products are manufactured in the USA.
